Craig Hepburn has been involved in residential contracting in the Greater Toronto Area for almost two decades. As a licensed P.E. in civil engineering, Craig enjoyed a successful ten-year career in the environmental field, managing multi-million dollar remediation projects. Maintaining his commitment to precision and civic responsibility, he turned his attention to construction, and has specialized in the renovation, restoration and complete refurbishment of century-old homes. He possesses a keen eye that is vital to ensure that the character unique to older properties is maintained, enhanced and seamlessly integrated.

Camilo Ponce, an Architect, brings over 21 years of construction and building expertise to Alair. Camilo’s involvement in multi-million dollar Institutional and Commercial projects brought him to South America and the Caribbean with projects in Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Bolivia. His passion for building inspired him to become a part time teacher at George Brown College where Camilo taught Construction Estimating and related courses in Architectural Technology and Construction Technology. For the last 15 years Camilo has been focusing on mid to high end residential projects and selected commercial projects.

Starting at a young age, Pablo learned the basis of quality, honesty, and integrity that would form the core concepts of his work. Starting a furniture and cabinetry company, it slowly morphed into a general contracting company. Brian T. Fletcher has been in business for over 35 years, building new homes and renovating existing homes. Brian is a Licensed Carpenter & an Architectual Technologist and he has been working with Architects and City Officials in all aspects of construction. Brian is one of the Past Chairmen of the Renovation and Re-Development Council with the Toronto Home Builders and has been a member of the Toronto Home Builders for 20 years.
